In this video, we are dissecting an Arabidopsis flower and silique. We are looking at both male and female gametophyte as well as a developing seed after fertilization.

In this video, we are performing a cross in Arabidopsis (emasculation and pollination) and looking at pollen tube germination using Aniline blue staining.
